Our 150th Anniversary

On October 15, the Rev. Karen Georgia Thompson, newly elected General Minister and President of the United Church of Christ preached and helped us celebrate CCC's 150th Anniversary!

We were joined by the Rev. Davena Jones and the moderator and other staff members of the Northern California / Nevada Conference as well as pastors and representatives of Pilgrim Community Church, Berkeley Chinese Community Church, and the Golden Gate Association.

After the service, over 200 people attended a celebratory banquet at Far East Cafe, which included a presentation by San Francisco supervisor Aaron Peskin, and several music and dance performances.
